I'm so pleased we found Blackpool Boiler Installations! Everything about the process was so easy, the website is incredibly clear and helpful and when we made the booking we were provided with lots of helpful advice. Craig and his glamorous assistant arrived punctually and were totally friendly and professional throughout the installation of our new radiator, including balancing the heating system afterwards. They went out of their way to ensure we had the correct parts and as an added bonus, patiently entertained our very inquisitive puppy 😂
Finding reliable trades can be so frustrating so BBI were a breath of fresh air and we will definitely be using them again.

Edit: Used BBI again to fit a couple of new rads and do a power flush of the system. Engineer Jason was so helpful, friendly and polite, and really went the extra mile to help. Thanks again BBI!

Engineer was lovely and very honest. He diagnosed the issue really quickly, and was very thorough. It wasn't the news I'd hoped for (just moved into house, was hoping to get a beautiful old gas fire running, but it had been capped many years ago it seems and not anywhere obvious either). He was as gutted as I was as he understood I'd paid a set call out fee, and it took him ten minutes to get to the conclusion. He gave me some honest advice, and clear next steps, and was clearly as frustrated as I was that it was literally a non-starter. He couldn't have been more helpful otherwise though.
Yes it was an expensive way to find out we can't use the fire, yes I wish the previous owners had a left a little note for us, but I'm still glad we got a professional to check it out and if nothing else I know it's safe and that's worth every penny 😊 Thank you!
