Really happy with the new heating system Jason and the team installed for us. Our big old house with an outdated system and poor gas supply came with a few challenges, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was great throughout, and we always felt we were in safe hands.

We couldn’t recommend Adam, Jason and the Blackpool boiler installation team highly enough. Professional, reliable and genuinely trustworthy — we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I initially spoke to Luke on the phone, who was extremely helpful and made the whole process of arranging a new boiler for one of my properties really straightforward.

The engineer, Jack, was excellent. He carried out the installation efficiently and to a fantastic standard, and my tenant was extremely pleased with the work.

As I live quite far away, excellent communication is really important to me as I’m not able to be there in person. The communication throughout was fantastic, which gave me complete peace of mind.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, Luke and Jack!

Jason & Jack were extremely affable engineers; a credit to their profession. Professional from every angle keeping customers informed throughout the installation process. Blackpool boiler installations fitted my new boiler today, the engineer Jason was on time, I got a tracker text, and knew exactly what time he was arriving down to the minute. He was polite, tidy and an expert down to the smallest details. And when there was an issue with the installation and I had a gas leak, it was sorted with zero issues and I was kept informed the entire way. The service was next level, and I’ll be using them to maintain the boiler for me, for the years to come. Thanks guys
