I cannot recommend Blackpool Boiler Installations highly enough. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptional.
It started with a friendly chat with Kev in the office, who took the time to explore exactly what I needed and explained the whole process clearly. Adam then came out to do the quote; he was incredibly easy to talk to as we discussed stripping out the old system and installing a new boiler, modern pipework, and radiators. He really looked at the property's specifics to talk through our options.
Their digital quote system is brilliant - it lets you toggle different line items so you can see exactly where you want to spend or save. I opted for the Hive system, which works perfectly with the Viessmann boiler using OpenTherm. Kev was fantastic over email, clarifying the exact specifics of what was included, which gave me total peace of mind before signing the e-contract.
Jason carried out the installation and he was amazing. He was extremely tidy, conscientious, and kept me updated on his progress every step of the way. His knowledge of the heating system was top-notch, and he took the time to teach me how to use both the boiler and the apps (Hive and Viessmann Vicare). He even made a brilliant suggestion during the job regarding the boiler placement, which actually saved running the flue through the roof and avoided unnecessary tiling work. Dan was also on-site for a few days and was equally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
The work was signed off with me feeling completely satisfied. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but you truly get what you pay for. Outstanding workmanship and customer service.
