Just had a new boiler installed by Blackpool Boiler Installations. The whole process was handled efficiently and was quite painless from start to finish. Jason did an excellent job with the installation (very neat pipework, always ready to answer my questions and minimal disruption to the house). Many thanks to Jason who removed my [16 year old] boiler and installed a new combi-boiler on Friday. Many thanks too to Dan who serviced my gas cooker and my two gas fires. No drama. I'm a repeat customer and I would also like to thank the office staff for their 'reminder email(s)' prompting me that the service was due soon, the detailed invoice and providing Jason with the written binder of clear instructions on how to use the timer - and again to Jason for his tuition and advice on setting up the 'system times and temperatures'. Fantastic job by Jason and BBI. Had a radiator installed, boiler service and gas fire capped off.
Arrived bang on time, got a handy text before with ETA and I was able to track.
Very informative and friendly. Previous boiler installer had messed up wiring but Jason sorted it and made sure everything was put right and working before he left. Would definitely recommend!
