Installation Heating engineers will mainly carry out boiler and heating installations from full systems to smaller installations/Hot water cylinders etc & can typically earn up to £52000 per year as team members depending on experience and skillset. 

You should be fully confident and self sufficient in all installations of boilers, cylinders, radiators including combi boilers, system boilers and regular boilers on large S plan / Y plan systems.

The successful person will be able to deal with enquiries on a daily basis, working under pressure and as part of a small team. You will need to demonstrate an ability to learn and implement new information quickly. This role will involve using modern cloud based systems and navigating a computer, You should be confident in using Google Docs and Sheets & will have excellent telephone manners and be able to follow call handling methods and engineers job diary. You would be fully confident in making outbound calls, sales calls, job follow ups and making sure the business maximises sales by confident call handling. 

As a small team its essential the right person comes in, you will understand that this working environment is a smaller cosy team who deal with lots of customer enquires via telephone and email alerts especially during colder months, You will be an admin lead and have great responsibility with engineers and customers looking to you as the main responsible persons of contact for the business.Our office is a small business unit with occasional customer walk ins, This is not a retail setting and experience in working in smaller office environments is preferred.
