How do I book a boiler repair?

The easiest way to book an appointment is via our online booking system. Simply let us know more about you and your boiler. You will then be able to book a convenient time and date into our diary.

What if you can't repair my boiler?

Most repairs are completed during our first visit, however some may require spare parts and a return visit. You'll always be provided with a quote to install spare parts and if a second visit is required we’ll email you details of the work we're planning to complete and any costs. Completely transparent and easy, just the way it should be.

Is it better to repair or replace my boiler?

Sometimes it makes more financial sense to replace your boiler. If we deem your boiler beyond economic repair during the diagnosis, we'll provide you with a no obligation quote to get a replacement boiler with us.

Q: Will I be charged a call-out fee for every repair?

There will be a fixed price charge of £60+VAT to customers for an expert engineer to be called out. This fee covers a visit for up to a 30minutes from our qualified gas engineer, full diagnostics of the issue(s). It also covers repair of the issue(s) if they fall within the 30 minute appointment and no parts are required.

I'm so pleased we found Blackpool Boiler Installations! Everything about the process was so easy, the website is incredibly clear and helpful and when we made the booking we were provided with lots of helpful advice. Craig and his glamorous assistant arrived punctually and were totally friendly and professional throughout the installation of our new radiator, including balancing the heating system afterwards. They went out of their way to ensure we had the correct parts and as an added bonus, patiently entertained our very inquisitive puppy 😂

Will I be charged a call-out fee for every repair?

You will be provided a fee on our booking system or by our team on the phone for your repair, if its something more bespoke you can book an engineer and a price will be given on site. For investigation work(mystery leaks or trace/repair) then a diagnostics fee of £60+vat will be charged for 30 minutes.
