From first contact to finished fittings everything was straightforward and totally faultless.
Jason the fitter explained everything to me in clear details and he left everything clean and tidy when finished.

Everything about our new boiler installation was as smooth as possible. Jason was our assigned engineer; arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, explained everything to me (our pipework had been boxed in trickle so he wanted to set our expectations about what he could put back), he was efficient, cleaned up and we had a great chat.
He went through the information pack, explained how to use the boiler and thermostat and the importance of servicing every year to ensure the warranty was in tact.
