I'm so pleased we found Blackpool Boiler Installations! Everything about the process was so easy, the website is incredibly clear and helpful and when we made the booking we were provided with lots of helpful advice. Craig and his glamorous assistant arrived punctually and were totally friendly and professional throughout the installation of our new radiator, including balancing the heating system afterwards. They went out of their way to ensure we had the correct parts and as an added bonus, patiently entertained our very inquisitive puppy 😂
Finding reliable trades can be so frustrating so BBI were a breath of fresh air and we will definitely be using them again.

Should I repair or replace my radiators?

The average lifespan of a radiator is between 8-12 years. If your radiator is older than this is might be worth considering replacing your radiator rather than repairing it. At a site visit one of our Gas Safe registered engineers will be able to advise you on your options and the associated costs to help you make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Can you move my radiators?

Absolutely, we can help you move your radiator on the same wall or to any wall in the room where where there is no electrical or plumbing work in the way.

Why is my radiator cold?

There are a few common reasons why a radiator is cold. These include if the: timer isn’t working, the radiator valve is closed, there are air pockets in the system, there are blockages within the system or there is a circulation fault. If you are unsure of the problem or don’t feel comfortable rectifying it yourself, you should always call a professional for assistance. A Gas Safe registered engineer will be able to fix the issue safely and efficiently, giving you complete peace of mind.
