Just had a new boiler installed by Blackpool Boiler Installations. The whole process was handled efficiently and was quite painless from start to finish. Jason did an excellent job with the installation (very neat pipework, always ready to answer my questions and minimal disruption to the house). Fantastic job by Jason and BBI. Had a radiator installed, boiler service and gas fire capped off.
Arrived bang on time, got a handy text before with ETA and I was able to track.
Very informative and friendly. Previous boiler installer had messed up wiring but Jason sorted it and made sure everything was put right and working before he left. Would definitely recommend!

What’s the difference between a system boiler and a combi boiler?

A combi boiler heats water instantly on demand and doesn’t require a hot water cylinder. A system boiler stores hot water in a cylinder, making it better suited to homes with higher hot water demand or multiple bathrooms.

Do I need a water tank in the loft for a system boiler?

No. System boilers take water directly from the mains and only require a hot water cylinder.
